Weekly Update 5/17
Heya Hiya Friends,
Yesterday was my mom's birthday and the first time playing Content Warning on stream with friends. And it's bee rather enjoyable all around. It reminds me of how happy I am to have started streaming and spending more time with my friends. And though I don't always get the entire gang there during plays, I'm thankful for my friends for being there.
But let's get back on track.
What I've Done
So some of you may have read my latest story, The Way They Are. This story is the latest in the commissions that I've developed over the past few weeks, including some gift stories rewarded via discord and social media. This was mostly opened so I could earn the cash to clear a debt that came up.
Thankfully that debt has cleared, so I'm going to hard focus on clearing the queue for the rest of the month. I believe I have one or two slots remaining in the May Madness rush, but no worries about it.
The important thing for you is that we're up to about 30-35 pages of written content for the month, which I am proud of, AND we'll have some more by the end of the month.

What's To Come
Currently, I"m working on a wholesome story that I'll jump back to after posting this weekly update. The story features characters I've written about before and tells the story of how to girls became friends in grade school.
I don't often get the chance to write wholesome friendship stories on commission so this is a treat. Especially since I'm shooting for a Brian Jacques style of storytelling, including a Page one bit of narration to establish the setting.

Beyond that, my Trello has my list of projects and it's impressively long. Much longer than you think just looking at the screen below. Now, the due dates listed are planned dates. But we'll see if we get to it. This past weekend was rough for reasons I won't get into, but it involved headache and drama that slowed my roll this week. Thankfully I'm free of it so I should be back in good shape.

Weekly Update Post 5/3
Heya Hiya friends,
Short update to start the month. But I'm currently working on the stories I posted about in Tuesdays update. So you can still check those links if you want to see samples. Since this is the public post I won't provide links since some of those stories are NSFW.
Beyond that, let's talk about what's going on and my plans for the month.
Serials
Last week, I mentioned wanting to update my serials. And I was thinking about how I could do that and keep the stories moving. And I decided that the best way to do it would be to release the story updates on a regular schedule. So, every Friday, starting next week, I'll be updating the serials.
Right now there are two (listed below), but I would like to add a third as well. The intent is to have an ongoing story that you can look forward to and that won't be released publicly until I reach 10 "chapters" or the story is complete. Right now, I don't have plans to make four serials to limit the amount of ongoing narratives I juggle each month.
Now one thing you'll notice is that these serials don't involve Fiona or V ixiee, my classic standbys. This isn't because I dislike them, since I love them dearly, but their stories feel complete so they would be involved in smaller one-offs. And, in the case of Fiona, since she's a popular character for my commission work, I want to keep her freer for the wild situations I'm asked to write for her.
- The Retainer's Fee: (FFXIV) - The story of Verenne Sapphois and how she learns to become an adventurer after losing her job
- Laced Up, Beat Down: (SF6 World Tour) - The story of an exchange student from Metro City learning to be a fighter and finding love on the way.
- Unnamed Pfrymlona Story: (FFXIV) - No details yet but I want to expand her story.
Collections
Last week was the first "collection post" sent out. I hope you all enjoyed that. My goal this month is to have more SFW writing for the ko-fi/public post so they have more to read. But you can expect more of those this and in coming months.

Commissions Reopen Friday
So I'll be reopening commissions on Friday. Right now I don't know how many slots will be available since it depends on what I finish between now and then, but there will be at least two slots open.
Just like before, My supporters will have access to discounts. BUT, in honor of Labour Day and the workers of the world, discounts will be 10% off instead of the normal 5% for commissions. I'll send the discount codes in a separate post this weekend for my Patreon and Subscribestar supporters. Monthly Ko-fi supporters will see it applied automatically.
General Stuff Going On
So, my schedule is changing and, I'll admit, the past two weeks were very hard on me to actually follow through with things. I'm honestly shocked that I was able to get together the weekly update posts.
Since this is a public post I won't go into details, but things have changed for me in my personal life that I'm still dealing with. I will bounce back though and I'm so happy that you're all here to support me as I go.
