Mind and Magic

After being abandoned by your parents at a young age, you had to manage on your own, living in the streets sure was hard but you managed (a bit on your own, a bit with some help).

Years later after that, you moved to Lost Haven, a small town near the city where one of your friends also live in. Some rumors have started to take strenght lately, people started telling stories about ghosts and paranormal beings appearing near.

You got convinced to tag along and go investigate for the fun of it, surely nothing bad can happen, right?

This is a game where you can hypnotize all the girls you want in various ways!

Mind and Magic 0.09

This update is a little smaller compared to last one, but I've been setting up some stuff irl (CHECK THIS POST FOR MORE INFO).

You guys decide to give Bea some gadgets events so here you go!

CHANGELOG:

REMEMBER: Press "P" to look at them anytime you want!

This update, THERE IS NO NEED TO USE THE BUGFIX, I left it there in case someone skipped 0.085

Added "Chip" events for Bea
Added "Pendulum" events for Bea
Fixed some bugs with MAC port for MaM
Fixed some bugs regarding dialogue with Bea and Audrey
Other small typo and bug fixes

AXL'S COMMENT:

Truth be told, there's another reason for this to be a "smaller" update, I'm already working on 0.10 since that one is a bit larger, so I had to start earlier with writting and making the art. Long story short, I'm introducing a new character and advance a little bit the plot, basically the same I did in 0.08.

As you may have noticed, I reworked a bit the general idea for the "induction" with the gadgets, to make them more unique and different from the usual mind control; and yes, this means I'll rework Liz and Alice's gadgets events too... At this rate I'm gonna end up remaking the whole game...

By the way, sorry for the inactivity (?) during April, I already made a free a post updating you guys on my current situation, so maybe check that one out!

Public Release: Mind and Magic 0.085

Here it is, the 0.08 public release along with the QoL hotfix!

Managed to get everything I wanted for 0.08 done, this time we continue with more facility related content! Audrey gets a sprite rework and her first control event, while Bea gets her second.

We also start the facility storyline quests!

CHANGELOG 0.08:
PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE THE BUGFIX

Added a BUGFIX to get rid of a quest that can't be completed (Talk to the chicken near the washing machine).
Added MAC PORT for MaM (Experimental)
New expression for the protagonist
New sprite for Audrey
Added alternative scenes for the "Controlling Bea (I)" quest (In case you did this one before meeting/knowing enough Liz)
Added the "Controlling Bea (II)" quest
Added the "Controlling Audrey (I)" quest
Added Audrey to the map, she can be found around the facility at Early Morning and Afternoon
Added a new story quest
Fixed the "Controlling Bea (II)" quest (Added alternative scene if you haven't gotten Liz).
Fixed some issues with the Memory Room
Other small typo and bug fixes

CHANGELOG 0.085:

Added a new function to see the girls' stat: Press "P" to look at them anytime you want!
Fixed some problems with Bea and other girls' stats
Reworked the PC so now it's only for quests
Fixed some softlocks regarding the PC
Fixed screen issues when talking to Audrey and Bea
Fixed some other softlocks and game disturbing issues

AXL'S COMMENT:

This one was a little rough one, mostly because of Persona 3 Reload... I'm sorry, I couldn't resist the game (I've just discovered the saga and it's just really fun to play...)

But leaving jokes aside, making custom art for story events sure takes time, specially since I've gotten used to only drawing anime girls.

Anyways, I'm satisfied with how it came out. On my end, I'll try to get story/lore events every other update at least (since I've notice that I'm mostly adding lewds to the game, so I need to balance it out!).
